Websites for agents and brokerages

Zillow already won the listing search. Go win the neighborhood.

No agent website is going to out-search the portals on inventory, and building yours to try is how agents waste ten thousand dollars. We build real estate sites that win on the thing portals cannot fake - genuine local expertise, building by building and street by street.

Flat price. No contracts. You own the site and the leads.

What this is

Website design for real estate agents, teams, and brokerages - IDX search, neighborhood and building content, and CRM-connected lead capture.

Who it's for

Agents who want to own a farm area or a building rather than buying portal leads shared with three competitors.

What makes it different

The portals win inventory search permanently. The winnable ground is hyperlocal expertise they cannot manufacture.

What it fixes

A template site identical to every agent in your brokerage, and leads that sit unanswered while they call someone else.

Why agent websites fail

Your brokerage template is the same site as four hundred other agents.

Same layout, same stock imagery, same generic search box. Nothing on it explains why a seller should pick you.

01

It competes where you cannot win

Building a site around property search puts you in a fight with Zillow and Realtor.com over inventory they license anyway. You will lose that fight permanently, and it costs a fortune to keep trying.

02

No proof you know the area

Sellers hire the agent who knows their street, their building, and what the unit down the hall closed for. A site with a generic city page proves nothing and reads like every other agent.

03

Leads land in an inbox

Real estate is decided by response speed more than almost any industry. A form that emails you and nothing else means the lead is gone before you see it.

What we build

A site that proves you own an area.

IDX that is not the whole strategy

Property search integrated properly so buyers can browse - but built as a utility, not as the thing you are betting on ranking for.

Neighborhood guides

Real content per area - schools, HOA realities, price trends, what living there is actually like. This is what portals cannot write.

Building pages

Individual pages for the condo towers you work in, with amenities, fees, rules, and closed sales. Miami buyers search by building name constantly.

Instant lead routing

Every inquiry hits your phone and CRM immediately, with automatic first-touch reply so nobody waits while you are showing a property.

Seller-focused pages

Valuation requests, marketing plans, and recent sales - because listings are the side of the business worth building for.

Multilingual pages

Spanish and Portuguese where the market justifies it. South Florida buyers frequently are not searching in English.

the Miami-specific play

In this market, buyers search by building - and almost nobody has built for it.

South Florida real estate runs on condos, and condo buyers do not search generically. They search the building by name, because they already decided they want to live in that tower. Those searches carry enormous purchase intent and remarkably little competition - the portals have thin, automated pages for them and most agents have nothing at all. An agent with genuine pages for the buildings they work, covering amenities, HOA fees, assessment history, rental rules, and actual closed prices, becomes the obvious expert for that tower. It is the most winnable content opportunity in Miami real estate.

  • A real page per building you actively work in
  • HOA fees, assessments, and rental restrictions buyers cannot easily find
  • Closed sales history that establishes you as the source
speed decides it

The agent who replies in five minutes gets the client.

Real estate response times are notoriously terrible, and that is the opportunity. A buyer or seller filling out a form is almost always contacting several agents, and the research on this is brutally consistent - the first meaningful response wins a hugely disproportionate share. Most agents are showing property, in a closing, or driving, and the inquiry sits for hours. We wire the site so every lead triggers an immediate text and email, pushes a notification to your phone, and lands in your CRM with source attached. That alone routinely outperforms buying more leads.

  • Instant automatic reply the moment a form is submitted
  • Push notification and CRM entry with the source recorded
  • Follow-up sequences that continue if you cannot respond personally
buyers from everywhere

A large share of this market is not shopping in English.

South Florida real estate draws buyers from across Latin America, Europe, and Canada, many purchasing remotely and often in cash. They research in their own language, and they are looking for an agent who can actually communicate with them through a transaction that involves foreign wire transfers, tax questions, and property they may not see in person until closing. Agents who build genuine Spanish and Portuguese pages reach a substantial, high-value audience that most of their competition is not even visible to.

  • Spanish and Portuguese pages built properly, not machine-translated
  • Content addressing remote and international purchase processes
  • Tagged so search engines serve the right language version

FAQ

Real Estate Website FAQs

How much does a real estate website cost?

Quoted flat after one call. Agent sites start low; team and brokerage builds with IDX, building libraries, and CRM integration cost more. You get the number before work starts.

Do I need IDX property search?

Usually yes as a utility, so visitors can browse without leaving. But do not build your strategy on it - you will not outrank the portals on inventory, and agents who try spend a lot of money learning that.

Can you connect my CRM?

Yes. Most real estate CRMs integrate directly, so leads arrive with source attribution attached rather than as an anonymous email you re-type later.

Should I leave my brokerage template?

If you intend to build a personal brand or own a farm area, yes - the template cannot rank for the content that wins those, and you do not own it. If you are new and still learning the market, it is fine for now.

Will the site generate leads on its own?

Not by itself. It converts the traffic that reaches it - producing that traffic is real estate SEO and paid channels, and the neighborhood and building content is what actually ranks.

Do I own the site and the leads?

Yes - domain, site, content, CRM data, and every lead. That is the main argument for leaving a brokerage-provided template, which you lose the day you change firms.
