Local Services Ads Management

Google charges you for the lead whether it was real or not.

That is the whole problem with Local Services Ads. You pay per lead, and a solid chunk of those leads are wrong numbers, people outside your area, someone selling you insurance, or a job you do not even do. Nobody disputes them, so you just eat the cost. We do not.

Built for businesses spending $1,000 to $2,500 a month on LSA.

The problem

LSA is the only ad platform where you pay for the mistakes.

On Google Ads you pay for a click. On LSA you pay for a lead, and Google decides what counts as one. That is fine when the system works. It regularly does not.

01

You are paying for junk

Wrong numbers. Telemarketers. People three counties away. Someone asking if you do a service you have never offered. Every one of those is billable unless somebody files a dispute, and Google is not going to remind you.

02

Missing calls quietly kills your ranking

LSA ranking is not just about your bid. Google watches whether you actually answer. Miss enough calls and you slide down the results, get fewer leads, and never get told that is why.

03

Nobody is watching the account

Most small businesses set LSA up once and never look again. Budget drifts, job types are wrong, service areas are too wide, the review score dips, and the whole thing slowly gets more expensive per job.

Where it goes wrong

What most businesses do wrong with LSA.

None of this is stupid. It is just what happens when running ads is the ninth thing on your list.

They never dispute anything

This is the big one. Most owners do not know disputes exist, or they tried once, found the process annoying, and gave up. There is also a filing window, so leads you sat on for two months are gone for good.

They let calls go to voicemail

You are on a job, the phone rings, it goes to voicemail. On LSA that is not just a lost customer, it is a signal to Google that you are less responsive than the guy down the road.

They set the service area way too big

It feels like more area means more leads. What it actually means is leads from forty minutes away that you would never drive to, and you pay for those the same as the good ones.

They pick the wrong job types

Leaving every job type switched on brings in work you do not want at prices you cannot make money on. The settings look harmless. They decide what your phone rings for.

They ignore reviews after getting verified

Your LSA review score directly affects how often you show up. A lot of businesses get Google Guaranteed, then never ask another customer for a review again.

They have no idea what a job costs them

They know what they spent. They do not know whether that $1,800 turned into four jobs or fourteen, so every budget decision is basically a guess.

what we actually do

We work the account every week. That is the entire job.

There is no secret to LSA. It is not a clever strategy problem, it is a maintenance problem, and it fails because nobody has time to sit in the account. So that is what you are paying us for: somebody who opens it every week, listens to what came in, files the disputes, and fixes the settings that are costing you money.

  • We fight bad leads so you stop paying for fake calls, wrong numbers, and jobs you do not do
  • We watch your response time and answer rate, because Google ranks you on it
  • We review every lead every week and send you a simple report you can actually read
  • We keep your Google profile optimized - job types, service area, hours, and review score
Weekly Local Services Ads lead review and dispute process
the disputes

Most of the money we save you comes from one boring habit.

Every week we go through the leads that came in and listen to the ones that look wrong. Wrong service area, wrong job type, spam, sales calls, someone who dialed the wrong number. Each one gets disputed with the reason Google actually accepts, inside the window where they will still credit it. It is tedious and it is the single highest-return thing anybody can do on an LSA account, which is exactly why almost nobody does it.

  • Every lead reviewed, not just the ones you happened to notice
  • Disputes filed inside the window, with the reason that gets approved
  • Credits tracked so you can see what came back each month
the settings nobody touches

Half of LSA performance is four settings and a review score.

Job types decide what you get called for. Service area decides how far the junk comes from. Business hours decide whether you get leads at times you cannot answer. Your budget decides how hard Google pushes. And your review score quietly decides where you sit in the results. None of these are exciting and all of them move your cost per job, so we go through them regularly instead of setting them once and hoping.

  • Job types trimmed to work you actually want and can price
  • Service area tightened to where you would genuinely drive
  • Hours matched to when someone can really pick up the phone
  • Review requests going out so your score keeps climbing
regular vs high-volume

When you should move up to the high-volume plan.

This plan is built for $1,000 to $2,500 a month. At that level, disputes, response time, and settings are where basically all the money is, and adding heavy tracking on top would cost you more than it saves.

Once you are past $3,000 a month that changes. The account gets big enough that lead count stops being a useful number, and you need to know which leads turned into paid work and what those jobs were worth. That is high-volume LSA management, and we would rather tell you when you need it than sell it to you early.

  • Under $2,500 a month: disputes, response time, and settings win
  • Over $3,000 a month: you need lead-to-job tracking and real ROI numbers
  • We will tell you when you have crossed over, not before
Pricing

One flat fee. Never a cut of your spend.

Your ad money goes to Google, out of your own account. We charge to manage it, and that number does not move when your spend does - because an agency that earns more when you spend more is not on your side.

FAQ

LSA Management FAQs

What actually counts as a bad lead I can dispute?

Wrong number, spam or a sales call, someone completely outside your service area, or a request for a service you do not offer. What does not count is a real customer who called, heard your price, and went elsewhere. That one is yours. We only file disputes that stand a real chance, because a pile of rejected disputes does you no good.

How much do disputes actually get back?

It depends entirely on how clean your lead flow is. Some accounts are almost spotless and there is very little to claim. Others have a meaningful share of junk sitting there uncontested. We will tell you which one you are after the free review, before you commit to anything.

Why does answering the phone affect my ads?

Because Google is trying to send people to businesses that respond. Your answer rate and how fast you pick up feed into where you show. It is one of the few ad platforms where operational behaviour directly changes your placement, and it catches a lot of owners by surprise.

Do you need access to my Google account?

We need access to manage the LSA account, but it stays in your name and you stay the owner. If you leave, you keep the account, the history, and the reviews. We do not hold anything hostage.

Is $400 a month worth it on a $1,500 budget?

Only if it earns its keep, and we would rather say that plainly. Between disputed leads coming back, tightening the settings that generate junk, and not sliding down the rankings from missed calls, it usually pays for itself. If after a few months it clearly is not, we will tell you and you should stop.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Month to month, cancel whenever you want. We have kept clients eight years and counting without locking anyone in, and we would rather keep earning it than trap you.

What if LSA is not the right channel for me?

Then we will say so. LSA only covers certain categories and it needs license and insurance verification. If you do not qualify, or your job values are too low to make per-lead pricing work, regular search ads are probably a better fit and we will point you there instead.

When should I switch to the high-volume plan?

Around $3,000 a month in spend. Below that, disputes and settings are where the money is. Above it, you need lead-to-job tracking and real ROI reporting, or you are optimizing blind.
