Marketing & Attribution • Miami
Half your marketing budget is working. We find out which half.
Most Miami business owners can tell you what they spend. Very few can tell you what it produced. We wire up the tracking first, then put money behind the channels that are actually bringing you customers.
We will tell you what to stop spending on. Even if that is us.
The marketing layer that sits on top of your website and rankings: paid ads, Local Services Ads, tracking and attribution, and the follow-up system that turns leads into booked work.
South Florida businesses already spending on marketing - or about to - who cannot currently say which channel produced last month's customers.
This is not just ad management. It is the measurement layer underneath every channel you run, including the offline ones nobody usually tracks.
Spending without attribution, leads that go cold before anyone calls back, and having no idea whether the truck wrap or the bus bench ever did anything.
The issue usually is not more ads. It is not knowing what the last ones did.
Nearly every business that calls us is already spending money. The spending is not the problem - the blindness around it is.
Everything is "the website"
A customer sees your truck, searches your name, clicks an ad, calls two days later. Every analytics tool credits that to one source and quietly lies to you about the other three.
The phone is the black hole
Most Miami businesses close on the phone, and most of them have no idea which ad, page, or sign produced the call. So the budget decisions are guesses dressed up as strategy.
Leads rot before anyone calls
You can buy the best leads in Miami and lose every one of them to a competitor who answered in five minutes. More spend does not fix a follow-up problem - it just makes it more expensive.
The channels, plus the wiring that proves they worked.
Google Ads
High-intent search campaigns for people actively looking right now. Built tight, negatived properly, and measured on booked jobs rather than clicks.
Local Services Ads
The Google Guaranteed slot above everything else. Pay per lead, not per click. For trades and home services in Miami this is often the single best channel available.
Call tracking
Dynamic numbers so every call ties back to the exact campaign, keyword, or offline placement that caused it - including the truck wrap and the yard sign.
Meta ads
Where it fits. Great for aesthetics, restaurants, gyms, and retail; usually a poor fit for emergency trades, and we will tell you which one you are.
Lead follow-up
Instant text and email reply, missed-call text-back, and reminders - so nothing sits in an inbox while a competitor books the job.
One honest dashboard
Spend, leads, cost per lead, and booked revenue by channel. One screen, plain numbers, no vanity metrics.
We do not spend a dollar until we can see where it lands.
This is the part almost every agency skips, because it is unglamorous and it makes their reporting accountable. Before we launch anything, calls, forms, and bookings get tracked to their source. Then the monthly conversation stops being about impressions and becomes a simple one: this channel produced eleven jobs at $180 each, this one produced two, so we move the money. That is the entire trick, and it is why our clients stay eight years.
- ✓Call tracking and form attribution live before launch
- ✓Offline channels tagged too - signs, wraps, flyers, mailers
- ✓Reporting in jobs and dollars, not impressions and reach

Ads rent you customers. Search earns them.
The moment you stop paying for ads, the calls stop that afternoon. Rankings do the opposite - the work compounds, and a page that reaches the map pack keeps producing leads for years at no additional cost per call. Neither one replaces the other. Ads buy you time and cash flow now; organic search builds the asset that lowers your cost per lead every year you own it. The right answer for most Miami businesses is both, weighted by how fast you need the phone to ring and how much runway you have.
- ✓Ads for immediate calls while rankings are still building
- ✓Organic search as the asset that keeps paying after the spend stops
- ✓Budget split based on your runway, not on what earns us more
Miami has its own channel mix, and some of it is not digital.
Marketing advice written for a generic American city misses most of what moves the needle here. A large share of the market makes decisions in Spanish, so ad copy translated badly gets ignored - or worse, mocked. Season matters: winter brings snowbirds and tourism money, summer goes quiet in some categories and explodes in others, and hurricane season rewrites demand for every trade in the county overnight. And plenty of Miami businesses genuinely do get work from bus benches, truck wraps, church bulletins, and Spanish-language radio. We do not sneer at those - we just insist on tracking them, so you find out which ones earn their keep.
- ✓Spanish ad copy written, not machine-translated
- ✓Seasonal budget shifts for high season, slow months, and storm demand
- ✓Offline placements given trackable numbers so they stop being guesses
Sometimes you do not need more marketing at all.
If leads are coming in and revenue is not, buying more leads is the most expensive possible way to avoid the real problem. Usually it is one of three things: the website does not convert the traffic it already gets, nobody follows up fast enough, or you are buying the wrong kind of lead entirely. All three are cheaper to fix than they are to out-spend. We audit that first, and if the honest answer is that you do not need us this quarter, we would rather say so and keep the relationship.
- ✓We check conversion and follow-up before recommending more spend
- ✓No long contracts - if we stop earning it, you leave with everything
- ✓You own the ad accounts, the data, and the tracking. Always.
Audit, wire, launch, then move the money.
Free audit
We look at what you are spending, what it is producing, and what is not being tracked at all. You get the findings whether or not you hire us.
Wire the tracking
Call tracking, form attribution, and conversion setup - including the offline placements. Nothing launches until we can measure it.
Launch lean
We start on the highest-intent channel for your business rather than everything at once, so the data stays readable.
Move the money monthly
Kill what is not producing, scale what is, and show you the numbers behind both decisions.

Miami Marketing FAQs
How is this different from your paid advertising service?
Our paid advertising service is one channel - we manage the campaigns. This is the layer above it: which channels you should be in at all, how they get measured against each other, and what happens to a lead after it arrives. If you already know you want Google Ads managed, the ads page is the right one.
What do you charge?
A flat monthly management fee, quoted up front. We never take a percentage of your ad spend - that model quietly rewards an agency for spending more of your money, which is a conflict we would rather not have.
Should I do SEO or ads first in Miami?
If you need calls this month, ads. If you are building something that keeps paying, Miami SEO. Most businesses here should run ads for cash flow while the organic work compounds underneath - and organic is what eventually drops your cost per lead.
Can you track offline stuff like truck wraps and bus benches?
Yes, and you should. Each placement gets its own tracking number that forwards to your real line. After a few months you know exactly which sign produced calls and which one was a donation to the sign company.
Do I own the ad accounts?
Yes - accounts, data, tracking, and history, all in your name. If you leave, you take the entire account with its optimization history intact. Agencies that hold accounts hostage do it because they have to.
What are Local Services Ads and do I qualify?
They are the Google Guaranteed listings that sit above regular ads, and you pay per lead instead of per click. They require background and license checks and are limited to certain categories - mostly trades, home services, and some legal and health. For eligible Miami businesses they are frequently the best-performing channel available.
Want to know what your marketing actually produced?
Send us what you are spending and where. We will tell you what is tracked, what is invisible, and what we would cut - before you pay us a dollar.
