How is this priced?
A flat monthly fee based on how much you run, agreed up front. No percentage of your cloud bill.
What if something breaks at 2am?
Monitoring catches it and pages an engineer. For most problems we are on it before you wake up.
Can you take over from our old contractor?
Yes, very common. We recover access, audit everything, and stabilize it before changing anything big.
